Return & Refund
There are a few important things to please keep in mind when returning a product you purchased or need a refund.
-Before making a return, please contact us in advance to inform us of the order number and the reason for the return within 30 days of receipt, and we will provide you with a solution.
-Return within 30 days for a refund. Please notice that the buyer pays for return shipping.
-We can exchange any items if we receive the returned item unused and does not affect resale.

Once we have received the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they are eligible for re-sale.
-If you want to cancel your order, you have to inform us about it before the order has been shipped. An email will be sent to you about the cancellation.
-If you are not satisfied with the products you receive for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue!
